The next edition of Sirha, Salon International de la Restauration, d’Hôtellerie et de l’Alimentation, will take place in Lyon from the 26th until 31st of January 2019. Sirha mainly focuses on catering and hospitality professionals.The fair occurs every two years and is visited by food professionalists from all over the world going from chefs, purchasing managers to R&D managers, equipment installers and many more. The fair has grown remarkably over the last year, bringing the counter to 3,000 exhibitors and 208,000 visitors in 2017. Belgian Meat Office will be present with a group stand where you can meet the Belgian meat suppliers.
